Refund Policy

In case some amount of money has been added to Meri Cash, under no circumstances it can be transferred back to the customer's bank account or refunded in any form of currency. Meri Cash, however can be used for booking future rides from Meri.

Passengers are required to pay for all the auto ride services taken from Meri. After completion of your ride with one of our Meri drivers, a message cum invoice copy will be sent to the registered mobile number provided by the passenger at the time of online account registration/Missed Call booking.

The payment has to be made either by cash or by using Meri Cash. In case the payment has to be made via Meri cash, the fare will automatically get deducted from Meri cash available in your account. In case, your Meri Cash balance is less than the fare to be paid, the balance amount shall be paid in cash after ride completion. No other form of payment is applicable under any circumstances. Payment made in cash is non-refundable i.e. cannot be credited back to your account or returned in cash.

Cancellation Fee:

In the event that a User cancels ride request on the Meri Platform more than 5 minutes after such a request is made, User agrees to pay a "Cancellation Fee" . It shall be sole discretion of Meri to charge this fee from the user or not.
